How do I reserve my wedding date? A few FAQ's.Couples often book a year or more in advance, so call us today if you want to check your date s availability. A non-refundable booking fee of $500 is required to reserve your day. Once this fee has been received and the contract signed, that day is yours and no other bookings will be taken. The remainder of the payment is due 30 days before the wedding. Dates are booked on a first-come basis. After I ve booked you, what happens next?If you have booked a package with an E-Shoot then a Pre-Wedding Shoot is scheduled. This is a good chance for you and Neville to get to know each other and for you to gain confidence in front of the camera.Where does the E-Shoot happen?Either at the wedding venue or somewhere that means something to the two of you. What do we do with our Pre-Wedding Shoot images? You can use the E-shoot images in a bespoke Guest Book for people to sign on the wedding day. We can also provide an image mounted in a large off white mount for people to sign on the day. Another option is to frame one and give it as a thank-you gift to parents at the wedding. How does Neville work on the day?Neville likes to spend time with the bride in the morning to capture shots of her getting ready (make up, hair, putting the dress on, etc.). It also provides time for Neville to photograph details of the day, like the bride's shoes and her bouquet. He then goes to the wedding venue to get some shots of the nervous groom (sometimes he will actually visit the groom first on the day to get pictures of him getting ready). Photographs during the ceremony are taken in accordance with the ceremony officiator's rules. Afterwards, any formal shots are taken as quickly as possible so that Neville can sneak off with the bride and groom for a private shoot, giving the newlyweds a chance to catch their breath and talk to each other. How long will Neville stay at the wedding? This depends on how long you ve booked him for. The 5-hour package is generally sufficient to provide cover up to the beginning of the wedding breakfast. The 8-hour package generally covers up to the first dance. Extra hours can be added on for $125 per hour.Does Neville need to eat?Yes! If Neville is staying to photograph the first dance, he generally requests that they are seated with your guests at dinner. This allows him to be on the same schedule as the wedding party, so that he is on hand for the speeches. If there is an issue with numbers, Neville is more than happy to eat in another room. Just as long as he does eat! When do we get to view our photographs?Your photographs will be ready within three weeks of the wedding dayHow will friends and family view and purchase images? All images are placed onto a password-protected site, from where friends and family can view and buy any images that they d like. How much are reprints?Reprints cost $35 for a 7x5 or 9x6 print. A 12x8 is $45. Anything larger than 12x8 must be bought as a framed image or canvas/acrylic.How many images are in the album? As many as it takes to tell your wedding story! The albums in our packages come with a certain number of spreads, not images.? Some spreads may have ten images; some may have just one. It depends on the design.Do we get to approve the album before it gets ordered?Definitely! This album is going to be your first family heirloom, so I want it to be perfect. What if we want more spreads in our album than came in our package? You can just add in extra spreads. It s up to you keep or remove any extra spreads we design into the album. Each extra spread is $125, which includes the design time, Photoshop work and album space. How long will it take before we receive our album? It takes 4 weeks from the time that you approve your layoutDo we get to have all our images on a CDFour months after your wedding date all your images the good and bad will be burned to DVD's for you to keep.
